Postcards from "Quint City"
Aberdeen, South Dakota

Below are nine postcards from Aberdeen, South Dakota.

Front row, top left and middle are two different views of St. Luke's Hospital where the quints were born.  Top row far right is of one of the three signs erected on the town's outskirts.

Second row, left and middle  postcards are shots of Main Street, one showing the banners for the Quint's Parade October 1963. The last one is on the second row is of  a truck stop, sent in 1971.  Aberdeen was still calling itself "Home of the Quints."

Bottom row far left is of Aberdeen Airport, Quint City U.S.A.The last two on the bottom row are my latest additions with different South Dakota scenes.  There are more postcards with reference to the quints, one of  Aberdeen at night with Home of the Quints printed on it, but I lost the bid for it on ebay.
