The nurse is 18" tall with molded hair, inset glass eyes, jointed at the neck, shoulders and hips. She has high heel feet with painted toenails and fingernails.  She is dressed in painties, white nurse's uniform with headscarf.  The dress snaps down the back and has a paper label sewn on that says "Made in Hong Kong.

The quints are 3 1/4" long.  Only their arms are jointed. They have inset glass eyes and molded hair. They are dressed in squares of unhemmed cotton. At one thime the blankets were attached with rubber bands but the bands are gone.  The set is packaged in an unlabelled plastic bag with a hook for hanging for display.  The plastic of all the dolls is  very pale.
This small one inch set was a childhood set of mine.  They are one inches long, with jointed arms and legs.  Molded hair. Painted black dots for eyes. Very detailed considering the size.  They were sold unclothed.  Many different small sets were available after the birth of the Fischers. These sold for 10 cents in the dime store.
